OakNorth STEM Scheme

OakNorth India will soon release the OakNorth STEM Scholarship Programme 2024 for uplift underprivileged girls who are pursuing excellence in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines. According to the Official Notification, this scholarship is clearly applicable to female students from Haryana and Uttarakhand

Benefits of OakNorth Scheme

As per the OakNorth STEM Scholarship, the students will get Rs 30,000(fixed amount) to support their studies.

Who is Eligible for the STEM Scholarship?

To be eligible for OakNorth STEM 2023 Scholarship  the candidate should have the following eligibility:

1. Applicant should have domicile of Haryana and Uttarakhand.
2. Applicable to female candidates only.
3. Applicants must be pursuing graduation (any year) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects at government universities/colleges.
4. The aggregate marks of the applicant in class 12th or equivalent should be 70% or more.
5. Students in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of STEM courses must score at least 60% in the previous class/semester.
6. The applicant’s annual family income must be less than INR 6 lakh.

Focus Point :

•  Students already receiving scholarships from other sources are not eligible.
• Applicants studying in private colleges are not eligible.

Documents Required for Scheme

1. Applicants should have their resume.
2. Copies of class 10^th marksheet, class 12^th marksheet, and previous semester marksheet.  
3. Photocopy of Aadhar card.
4. Provisional Admission letter from the university.
5. Applicant should write a short note on “ Why should you be given this scholarship”
6. Letter of Recommendation( from college/university)
