The Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Transgender Scholarship form is an initiative which supports transgender students pursuing higher studies with Transgender Scholarship form. Under this scholarship, transgender students who are studying in Classes 9 to 12 , graduation, post graduation from any government/private open schools or open universities can apply and receive an amount up to INR 40,000.

The eligibility criteria for Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Transgender Scholarship form covers the transgender students studying in classes 9 to 12 , grad and post grad from any government or private open schools or open universities. To fill the application form, they must have scored at least 50% marks in their previous academic year. Their Annual family income should be up to 10,00,000 INR.

Documents For Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Scholarship

  • Class 10 and/or Class 12 mark sheets/previous year marksheets (as applicable)
  • Proof of admission (college/school ID card, academic fees receipt) for the current academic year
  • Proof of family income such as ITR, salary slips, income certificate by concerned Government authority, etc.
  • A government-issued address proof (Aadhaar card)    
  • Copy of any academic-related expense receipts such as exam fees, admission fees, tuition fees
  • Proof of family income such as ITR, salary slips, income certificate by concerned Government authority, etc.
  • Bank account details of the applicant (or parent)
  • Transgender certificate 
  • In case of minors (less than 18 years) (in preferential order):
    • Government-issued Transgender ID card
    • Letter/Certificate from School/College confirming the transgender status of the student
    • Letter/Certificate from the NGO the student is associated with (considering that NGO is acting as Guardian). 
  • In case of majors (18 years and above) (in preferential order):
    • Government-issued Transgender ID card
    • Letter/Certificate from School/College confirming the transgender status of the student
    • Letter/Certificate from the NGO
    • Self Declaration
  • Recent photograph
