What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
- KVPY provides the scholarship for studying in India only.
- Candidates should be a citizen of India.

| Stream SX | Students enrolled in XII Standard/ (+2) (Science subjects) during the academic year 2020-21 and aspiring to join undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc. / B.S. / B.Stat. / B.Math. / Int. M.Sc./M.S. for the session 2020 -21 provided they have secured a minimum of 80% (70% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects. |

Application Fee-
- All General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs.1000/ per application.
- For SC/ST/PH candidates need to pay Rs.500/per application.
- All candidates can be deposited their application fee through online or offline mode.
- Candidates can pay their application fee by using ATM/Debit Card/Credit Card.
- Through Challan form also candidates can pay their application by State Bank of India.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the written examination.
How to Fill KVYP Application Form Online-
- First, of Candidates require visiting department official website www.kvpy.iisc.ernet.in.
- Now search an appropriate link related to “Online Application for KVYP Scholarship” and open it.
- After that visit the “Students” section and follow the appropriate steps.
- The first step is to register your school name.
- Then Fill Online Application Form with required details as per format is given below:

- Now upload a recent photograph and required documents with the application form.
