Gandhi Scholarship 2023 will be given for two years to five schools. They will have for total 1000 candidates in all over India. Finally selected aspirants will receive the amount of Rs.14000/- per month during their two years program and also other allowances like Rs. 600 per month for the mobile expense.

Duration of the Fellowship: –
Under the 2 years duration of the fellowship, the fellows will be assigned 5 schools each; the fellows have to bring about the major change in these schools. The 2 years are divided into four semesters for every fellow so that they can’t feel stress and hurdle.
This program starts with an introduction and engagement into the school and village surroundings. The fellows need to face the challenges of the school bravely and resolve overall troublesome fruitfully.
Eligibility Criteria: –
If you want to take the benefits of this program then you should possess a graduation degree. Your age should not be more than 26 years as on applicable date. Extracurricular activities can be identified as school captain of sports/art club teams, house captain, president or secretary of college events, participation at state/national/international level competitions. Entrepreneurial activities will be considered for leadership skill.
Gandhi Fellowship Benefits Provided: –
After successful completion of the application process, only a few candidates will be selected under this scheme. Selected candidates under Gandhi Fellowship Programme 2017-19 will be entitled to receive a stipend of Rs.14000/- per month during their two years program. According to scheme terms & condition, half of the monthly stipend will be retained as interest-free reserve amount and half will be paid on monthly basis as usual. The other half will be paid later on and after completion of fellowship tenure. You are also eligible to avail Rent Free Accommodation facility under the program.
The fellows will also get other allowance- Rs. 600 per month for a mobile expense and shared 2-wheelers and reimbursement for official travels. You will also award with two years experience certificate of Gandhi Fellowship scheme.
