We will transfer the scholarship funds directly to the bank account of the shortlisted candidate, who will receive an amount as per the funds allocated to the scholarship.
Savitribai Scholarship is a government-funded program in Maharashtra. Someone established this program to assist backward girls in pursuing their studies. This scholarship is open to girls studying from the fifth to tenth grade in a Government school. The requirements for eligibility are that the students have to have a minimum 75% attendance. However, applicants must also have a bank account. The government does not specify what income a student’s parents can have.

Eligibility Criteria for Savitribai Scholarship
The scholarship is available for only girl students studying from 5th to 10th class in any government-recognized school and students should have passed the previous year’s examination.
Documents for Savitribai Phule Scholarship
- It is mandatory for the applicant to have an Aadhaar card.
- A copy of the bank passbook is also mandatory to apply.
- The student needs to provide their caste certificate.
- Passport-size photograph of the student
- The applicant should have the mark sheet education certificate of the previous class.
Scholarship Award
- This scholarship scheme will provide Rs. 100 per month for 10 months to a girl in class 8th to 10th.
- Girls of 5th to 7th grade will be given Rs. 60 per month for 10th months.
- Under this scholarship scheme, applicants below the poverty line can be part of this.
Online Application Process for Savitribai Scholarship 2023
If you are a girl studying in class five to seven, you can apply for the Scholarship. To apply, you must first register or login to the Maha DBT website. Then, fill out the application form in full detail. You should provide accurate information and submit it by the due date. After completing the application form, take a printout of it. We will select only a few hundred students for the scholarship, as it is a limited-period offer.
