What are the documents required for the scholarship?

What is the Eligibility required for this Scholarship?
To be eligible for ITI Scholarships, you must be a student of class 10-12 and your family’s annual income must be less than INR 4.5 lakhs. Finally, you must be enrolled in a one-year ITI/diploma course, and have a minimum grade of 60% in class 10
